Fondée avec l’ambition d’accompagner les entreprises dans la gestion et l’optimisation de leurs infrastructures IT, METALINE a su évoluer pour répondre aux enjeux technologiques d’aujourd’hui et de demain. Dans le cadre de notre croissance et pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de l’un de nos clients, nous recherchons un.e Consultant.e Salesforce / CRM pour une mission stratégique.

Missions principales

  • Analyser : recueillir les besoins des équipes commerciales, marketing et service client, et les traduire en spécifications fonctionnelles et en user stories.
  • Faire évoluer : paramétrer Salesforce (objets, champs, règles de gestion, flux automatisés) en lien avec les équipes techniques, et piloter la recette.
  • Accompagner : former les utilisateurs, suivre l'adoption de l'outil et proposer des améliorations continues.

Profil recherché

Compétences techniques

  • Maîtrise fonctionnelle de Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
  • Paramétrage sans code : objets, flux automatisés, rapports et tableaux de bord
  • Rédaction de spécifications et de user stories, recette fonctionnelle
  • Connaissance des processus CRM (cycle de vente, gestion des opportunités, service client)

Aptitudes et compétences relationnelles

  • Écoute et sens du service auprès des métiers
  • Pédagogie pour faire le lien entre métiers et IT
  • Rigueur dans la recette et la documentation
  • Esprit de synthèse pour le reporting

Expérience et formation

  • Bac +5 (école de commerce, d'ingénieurs, master en systèmes d'information) ; certification Salesforce Administrator ou Business Analyst appréciée
  • 3 ans minimum en tant que Business Analyst sur un projet CRM, idéalement Salesforce
  • Anglais professionnel courant impératif
  • Habilitation Secret Défense ou être habilitable (critère éliminatoire)
