Dans le cadre de notre croissance et pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de l’un de nos clients, nous recherchons un.e Expert CFT - Closs File Transfer pour une mission stratégique.

Missions principales

  • Assurer l'administration et l'exploitation quotidienne de la plateforme CFT.
  • Superviser les échanges de fichiers et garantir le bon déroulement des flux de production.
  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents complexes liés aux transferts de données.
  • Administrer les certificats SSL/TLS et veiller à la sécurisation des communications.
  • Mettre en œuvre et maintenir les protocoles d'échanges sécurisés (SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS).
  • Participer à l'intégration de nouveaux flux applicatifs et accompagner les évolutions techniques.
  • Assurer le support auprès des équipes métiers et techniques.
  • Réaliser les analyses de causes, plans d'actions correctifs et préventifs.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus d'exploitation et de supervision.

Profil recherché

Compétences techniques

  • Excellente maîtrise de CFT (Cross File Transfer) et des solutions de Managed File Transfer.
  • Solides compétences sur les environnements Linux / Unix.
  • Bonne connaissance des architectures et protocoles TCP/IP.
  • Maîtrise de la gestion des certificats SSL/TLS et des mécanismes de chiffrement.
  • Expérience des protocoles SFTP, FTPS et HTTPS.
  • Connaissance des middlewares et des flux inter-applicatifs.
  • Capacité à analyser les journaux techniques et à résoudre les incidents de production.
  • Expérience des outils de supervision et d'exploitation.
  • Bonne compréhension des problématiques de sécurité liées aux échanges de données.

Aptitudes et Compétences Relationnelles

  • Esprit d'analyse et de diagnostic.
  • Réactivité et capacité à intervenir sur des incidents critiques.
  • Rigueur et sens de l'organisation.
  • Autonomie dans la gestion des activités d'exploitation.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à collaborer avec différents interlocuteurs.
  • Sens du service et orientation client.
  • Force de proposition dans l'amélioration des processus et des plateformes.

Expérience et formation

  • Expérience significative en administration et exploitation de plateformes CFT/MFT.
  • Expérience en environnement de production critique.
  • Formation supérieure en informatique, systèmes ou réseaux.
  • Une expérience dans un contexte bancaire, financier ou grands comptes constitue un atout.
