Fondée avec l’ambition d’accompagner les entreprises dans la gestion et l’optimisation de leurs infrastructures IT, METALINE a su évoluer pour répondre aux enjeux technologiques d’aujourd’hui et de demain. Dans le cadre de notre croissance et pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de l’un de nos clients, nous recherchons un.e PMO Workplace N3 pour une mission stratégique.

Missions principales

  • Piloter les projets Workplace et End User Services de la phase de cadrage jusqu'au déploiement.
  • Coordonner les différentes parties prenantes (équipes techniques, métiers, fournisseurs et partenaires).
  • Assurer le suivi des plannings, budgets, risques et plans d'actions.
  • Produire et analyser les indicateurs de performance (KPI) et mettre en place les reportings adaptés.
  • Animer les comités projet et présenter l'avancement aux interlocuteurs métiers et techniques.
  • Participer à l'amélioration continue des services Workplace et des processus EUS.
  • Garantir la qualité des livrables et le respect des engagements projet.
  • Accompagner les équipes dans les phases de changement et de transformation des environnements utilisateurs.

Profil recherché

Compétences techniques

  • Bonne connaissance des environnements Workplace et End User Services.
  • Maîtrise des méthodologies de gestion de projet Agile et Waterfall.
  • Expérience sur les outils de pilotage et de reporting : MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Tableau.
  • Solides compétences en analyse de données et en création de KPI.
  • Capacité à suivre des projets complexes dans un contexte international.
  • Connaissance des environnements Trading et des solutions de Critical Communications appréciée.
  • Bonne compréhension des enjeux IT en environnement bancaire ou financier.

Aptitudes et Compétences Relationnelles

  • Leadership transverse et capacité à fédérer sans lien hiérarchique direct.
  • Excellentes capacités d'analyse, de synthèse et de résolution de problèmes.
  • Très bonne communication écrite et orale.
  • Sens de l'organisation et rigueur dans le suivi des activités.
  • Esprit d'amélioration continue et orientation résultats.
  • Forte capacité d'adaptation dans un environnement dynamique et exigeant.
  • Aisance dans l'animation de réunions et la présentation auprès de différents niveaux d'interlocuteurs.

Expérience et formation

  • Expérience significative en gestion de projets Workplace / EUS.
  • Expérience impérative dans un environnement bancaire, financier ou de marché.
  • Formation supérieure en informatique, systèmes d'information ou gestion de projet.
  • Anglais courant indispensable dans un contexte international.
  • Français courant requis.
