Fondée avec l’ambition d’accompagner les entreprises dans la gestion et l’optimisation de leurs infrastructures IT, METALINE a su évoluer pour répondre aux enjeux technologiques d’aujourd’hui et de demain. Dans le cadre de notre croissance et pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de l’un de nos clients, nous recherchons un.e PMO Finance pour une mission stratégique.

Missions principales

  • Intégrer l’équipe End User Services (EUS) sur le périmètre Workplace CACIB et Workplace Trading.
  • Piloter et coordonner les projets Workplace en environnement bancaire, en lien avec les différentes équipes IT et métiers.
  • Suivre l’avancement des projets et assurer le pilotage, le reporting et la création de KPI.
  • Analyser les données et produire des reportings permettant de suivre la performance et l’avancement des activités.
  • Coordonner les différents interlocuteurs et faciliter la collaboration entre les équipes, dans un contexte international.
  • Participer à l’amélioration continue des processus et proposer des solutions adaptées aux enjeux End User Services.
  • Intervenir dans un environnement dynamique, avec une attention particulière portée aux enjeux liés au trading et aux communications critiques.

Profil recherché

Compétences techniques

  • Expérience significative en environnement bancaire ou financier, idéalement dans un contexte CACIB.
  • Bonne connaissance des enjeux IT et End User Services / Workplace.
  • Maîtrise des méthodologies de gestion de projet Agile et Waterfall.
  • Maîtrise des outils de pilotage et de reporting : MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Power BI ou Tableau.
  • Solides compétences en analyse de données et création de KPI.
  • Une connaissance des environnements Trading et Critical Communications serait un plus.
  • Anglais courant obligatoire et français courant.

Aptitudes et Compétences Relationnelles

  • Leadership transverse et capacité à coordonner des équipes sans lien hiérarchique.
  • Excellentes capacités d’analyse, de synthèse et de communication.
  • Aisance relationnelle et capacité à présenter des sujets à différents interlocuteurs.
  • Rigueur, organisation et méthode dans le suivi des activités.
  • Adaptabilité et capacité à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique et international.
  • Esprit de facilitation, orientation solution et amélioration continue.

Expérience et formation

  • Expérience confirmée en gestion de projets IT / Workplace, idéalement acquise dans un environnement bancaire ou financier.
  • Formation supérieure en informatique, gestion de projet ou domaine similaire.
  • Expérience dans un environnement international avec une pratique courante de l’anglais.
