Fondée avec l’ambition d’accompagner les entreprises dans la gestion et l’optimisation de leurs infrastructures IT, METALINE a su évoluer pour répondre aux enjeux technologiques d’aujourd’hui et de demain. Dans le cadre de notre croissance et pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de l’un de nos clients, nous recherchons un.e Expert Exchange pour une mission stratégique.

Missions principales

  • Assurer le pilotage et l’évolution du périmètre Exchange / Messaging dans un environnement Microsoft hybride OnPrem / Online.
  • Assurer la MCO des infrastructures de messagerie et le support de niveau 3.
  • Participer aux projets de transformation et d’intégration du périmètre Exchange/Messaging.
  • Analyser les incidents, gérer le backlog et accompagner les équipes N2.
  • Contribuer à la sécurisation et à l’amélioration continue des infrastructures de messagerie.
  • Piloter et accompagner les changements : analyse d’impact, préparation des plans de rollback et passage en CAB.
  • Participer aux différents meetings de l’entité et assurer un reporting régulier des actions en cours.
  • Rédiger et maintenir les procédures, DAT et documents techniques liés au périmètre.
  • Intervenir dans un contexte international avec des équipes basées en France et en Inde.

Profil recherché

Compétences techniques

  • Expertise Exchange / Messaging en environnement hybride OnPrem / Online.
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Exchange 2016/2019.
  • Maîtrise de DAG, IronPort, Witness et E-Discovery.
  • Très bonnes connaissances Active Directory / Entra ID, DNS, DHCP et PKI.
  • Bonne maîtrise d’Azure et de ses interactions avec les solutions Microsoft.
  • Bonne maîtrise de PowerShell pour la maintenance, la transformation et la création de scripts.
  • Compétences en gestion des certificats.
  • Expérience en support N3, MCO et gestion des changements.
  • Connaissance des migrations inter-Tenant appréciée.

Aptitudes et Compétences Relationnelles

  • Capacité à prendre le lead sur un périmètre technique.
  • Bon esprit d’équipe et capacité à travailler dans un environnement international.
  • Rigueur et organisation.
  • Capacité d’analyse et de synthèse.
  • Bon relationnel et capacité à communiquer avec différents interlocuteurs.
  • Autonomie et capacité à proposer des solutions.
  • Anglais courant obligatoire.

Expérience et formation

  • Expérience confirmée en Exchange / Messaging, idéalement dans des environnements complexes et internationaux.
  • Expérience en architecture technique, transformation et évolution d’infrastructures.
  • Expérience en environnement Microsoft et infrastructure Workplace.
  • Formation supérieure en informatique ou équivalent.
