Dans le cadre de notre croissance et pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de l’un de nos clients, nous recherchons un.e Ingénieur.e DevOps & Observabilité pour une mission stratégique.

Missions principales

  • Accompagner les projets de transformation autour de l’observabilité et contribuer à la rationalisation des solutions et technologies associées.
  • Concevoir et développer des solutions d’automatisation des processus opérationnels récurrents, notamment le Patch Management.
  • Participer à l’automatisation et à l’optimisation des pipelines CI/CD et assurer la gestion des livraisons sous Git.
  • Contribuer aux activités RUN : gestion des incidents, troubleshooting et monitoring des infrastructures.
  • Développer et améliorer les systèmes afin de renforcer la résilience, la performance, la fiabilité et la sécurité des plateformes de supervision.
  • Assurer l’interface entre les équipes d’administration Zabbix et les équipes de développement pour garantir l’opérabilité des plateformes et des solutions End User (Monitoring as Code, portail utilisateurs, API).
  • Participer au support d’expertise en collaboration avec les équipes techniques OS, Middleware, Bases de données et les équipes de support à distance.
  • Contribuer à l’industrialisation et à l’amélioration continue des plateformes dans un environnement de production automatisé, scalable et sécurisé.

Profil recherché

Compétences techniques

  • Observabilité et supervision : Zabbix, Grafana, Elastic, Dynatrace, Netcool, InfluxDB, Prometheus.
  • DevOps et automatisation : Docker, Ansible, Ansible Automation Platform (AAP), Kubernetes, OpenShift, GitLab, JFrog Artifactory.
  • Développement : Java, Spring, JavaScript, React, API REST, Neo4j. La connaissance de Python est appréciée.
  • Cloud : AWS et GCP.
  • Systèmes : Windows, Linux et Red Hat OpenShift.
  • Intégration continue : Git, pipelines CI/CD, automatisation des déploiements et Monitoring as Code.
  • Méthodologies : Agile / SAFe.
  • Connaissance des environnements de production critiques, industrialisés et soumis à des exigences élevées de sécurité (PCI-DSS).

Aptitudes et Compétences Relationnelles

  • Capacité à collaborer avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires (développement, infrastructure, exploitation et support).
  • Esprit d’analyse et aptitude à résoudre des incidents techniques complexes.
  • Autonomie, rigueur et sens des responsabilités dans des environnements de production critiques.
  • Capacité à proposer des améliorations techniques et à contribuer à l’automatisation des processus.
  • Bonnes compétences en communication et capacité à travailler dans un environnement Agile.
  • Expérience et formation
  • Expérience significative dans les environnements DevOps, l’observabilité et l’automatisation des infrastructures.
  • Expérience pratique dans l’administration, l’intégration ou l'exploitation de solutions de supervision, notamment Zabbix.
  • Maîtrise des environnements de production à grande échelle, avec des exigences élevées de disponibilité, de performance et de sécurité.
  • Formation supérieure en informatique ou expérience professionnelle équivalente.
