Fondée avec l’ambition d’accompagner les entreprises dans la gestion et l’optimisation de leurs infrastructures IT, METALINE a su évoluer pour répondre aux enjeux technologiques d’aujourd’hui et de demain. Dans le cadre de notre croissance et pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de l’un de nos clients, nous recherchons un.e Technicien.ne support de proximité N1/N2 pour une mission stratégique.

Missions principales

  • Assurer le support informatique de proximité de niveaux 1 et 2 auprès des utilisateurs.
  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents matériels, logiciels et systèmes.
  • Installer, configurer et maintenir les postes de travail sous Windows 10 et Windows 11.
  • Participer au déploiement et au renouvellement d'un parc de 3 000 postes Windows 11.
  • Assurer le support des postes Linux utilisés par les équipes de développement.
  • Accompagner les utilisateurs dans la prise en main de leurs équipements et outils informatiques.
  • Gérer le parc mobile Android (1 200 smartphones et 100 tablettes) : attribution des lignes, renouvellement et suivi des équipements.
  • Participer au maintien en condition opérationnelle de l'environnement Digital Workplace.
  • Assurer le suivi des interventions et la mise à jour de la documentation technique.

Profil recherché

Compétences techniques

  • Excellente maîtrise du support informatique de proximité N1/N2.
  • Très bonne connaissance des environnements Windows 10 et Windows 11.
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft 365.
  • Solides compétences en installation, configuration, maintenance et dépannage de postes de travail.
  • Expérience dans la gestion de parcs informatiques de grande taille.
  • Bonne connaissance de la téléphonie mobile Android.
  • Connaissances des environnements Linux appréciées.

  • Excellent sens du service et de la satisfaction utilisateur.
  • Autonomie, rigueur et fiabilité dans la gestion des interventions.
  • Bon relationnel et capacité à communiquer avec différents interlocuteurs.
  • Réactivité et capacité à gérer les priorités.
  • Esprit d'équipe et capacité à s'intégrer rapidement dans un environnement existant.
  • Sens de l'organisation et approche proactive dans la résolution des incidents.

Expérience et formation

  • Minimum 10 ans d'expérience en support informatique, idéalement en support de proximité.
  • Expérience significative dans un environnement informatique de grande envergure.
  • Capacité à être rapidement opérationnel et à prendre en charge les missions en toute autonomie.
  • Formation en informatique ou expérience professionnelle équivalente.
