Fondée avec l’ambition d’accompagner les entreprises dans la gestion et l’optimisation de leurs infrastructures IT, METALINE a su évoluer pour répondre aux enjeux technologiques d’aujourd’hui et de demain. Dans le cadre de notre croissance et pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de l’un de nos clients, nous recherchons un.e Ingénieur.e Réseau MPLS – Backbone International N2 pour intervenir sur un réseau international de plus de 450 sites dans un environnement bancaire exigeant.

Missions principales

  • Assurer le support et l'exploitation de niveau 2 d'un backbone international MPLS.
  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents réseau liés au routage, à la connectivité, aux performances des liens et à la QoS.
  • Réaliser des investigations approfondies et des analyses de causes racines (Root Cause Analysis).
  • Préparer et mettre en œuvre les changements réseau : mises à jour logicielles, remplacements d'équipements et tests de résilience.
  • Traiter les demandes d'évolution et participer aux projets d'amélioration et de fiabilisation du réseau.
  • Assurer le rôle de point d'escalade des équipes NOC (N1) et solliciter les équipes N3 si nécessaire.
  • Coordonner les interventions avec les opérateurs internationaux, constructeurs et équipes techniques.
  • Maintenir à jour les cartographies réseau, les procédures de troubleshooting et la documentation technique.

Profil recherché

Compétences techniques

  • Bonne maîtrise des environnements réseau MPLS et des protocoles de routage BGP et IS-IS.
  • Connaissance des équipements Cisco ASR (IOS-XR) ; une expérience sur Arista est appréciée.
  • Bonne compréhension des architectures backbone, du modèle OSI, des Route Reflectors et des topologies Full Mesh.
  • Compétences en diagnostic réseau : routage, QoS, MTU, latence, perte de paquets et gigue (jitter).
  • Expérience en gestion d'incidents complexes, analyse de causes racines et mise en œuvre de changements réseau.
  • Connaissance des architectures de redondance et des tests de résilience.
  • Anglais professionnel indispensable pour interagir avec les équipes et opérateurs internationaux.

Aptitudes et Compétences Relationnelles

  • Solides capacités d'analyse, de diagnostic et de résolution de problèmes.
  • Autonomie, rigueur et sens du service client.
  • Bonnes capacités de communication écrite et orale, en français comme en anglais.
  • Esprit d'équipe et capacité à collaborer avec des interlocuteur.rice.s techniques internationaux.
  • Capacité à documenter les interventions et à partager les bonnes pratiques.

Expérience et formation

  • Expérience confirmée en ingénierie réseau, avec une pratique opérationnelle des environnements MPLS.
  • Expérience en support et exploitation réseau de niveau 2, idéalement sur des infrastructures backbone.
  • Une expérience dans un environnement grand compte, bancaire ou international est appréciée.
