METALINE est une ESN spécialisée dans l’infogérance, les services managés, le Data Center et le Digital Work Place.

Fondée avec l’ambition d’accompagner les entreprises dans la gestion et l’optimisation de leurs infrastructures IT, METALINE a su évoluer pour répondre aux enjeux technologiques d’aujourd’hui et de demain. Dans le cadre de notre croissance, nous recherchons un.e Ingénieur.e Réseau MPLS – Production et Support Backbone International N2 pour intervenir sur les infrastructures réseau internationales d'un client grand compte du secteur bancaire.

Missions principales

  • Assurer le support de niveau 2 et résoudre les incidents affectant un backbone international MPLS reliant plus de 450 sites.
  • Diagnostiquer les problèmes de connectivité, de routage, de performance des liens et de qualité de service (QoS), en analysant les chemins réseau de bout en bout.
  • Réaliser des investigations approfondies, identifier les causes racines des incidents et mettre en œuvre des plans de fiabilisation.
  • Préparer et réaliser les changements en production : mises à jour logicielles, remplacement et configuration d'équipements, tests de redondance et de résilience.
  • Traiter les demandes d'évolution (Service Requests) dans le respect des procédures et des délais convenus.
  • Assurer le rôle de point d'escalade du NOC (N1) et coordonner les interventions avec les équipes expertes N3, les constructeurs et les opérateurs internationaux.
  • Rédiger et maintenir les procédures de support et la documentation technique afin de garantir la traçabilité des interventions et de faciliter le travail des équipes NOC.
  • Maintenir à jour les cartographies et les topologies réseau par pays, sur le périmètre d'architecture attribué.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue de la qualité de service et au respect des exigences de conformité du client.

Profil recherché

Compétences techniques

  • Expérience confirmée sur des infrastructures réseau MPLS et des environnements backbone.
  • Bonne maîtrise des protocoles de routage BGP et IS-IS.
  • Connaissance des équipements Cisco ASR et des équipements réseau Arista.
  • Bonne compréhension du modèle OSI, notamment des couches 2, 3 et 4, ainsi que des architectures Full Mesh et des Route Reflectors.
  • Capacité à diagnostiquer les incidents réseau en analysant la connectivité de bout en bout, le routage et la QoS.
  • Maîtrise des indicateurs de performance réseau : MTU, latence, gigue (jitter) et pertes de paquets.
  • Expérience en gestion des incidents, analyse de causes racines, changements en production et tests de résilience.
  • Anglais professionnel indispensable pour échanger avec les équipes internationales et les opérateurs locaux.

Aptitudes et Compétences Relationnelles

  • Autonomie, rigueur et esprit d'analyse.
  • Sens du service client et capacité à travailler en équipe.
  • Bonnes capacités de communication écrite et orale en français et en anglais.
  • Capacité à coordonner différents interlocuteur.rice.s techniques et à assurer le suivi des incidents.
  • Qualités rédactionnelles et souci de la traçabilité des interventions.

Expérience et formation

  • Expérience en exploitation et support réseau de niveau 2.
  • Expérience opérationnelle indispensable sur des environnements MPLS.
  • Une expérience sur des infrastructures internationales ou dans le secteur bancaire est appréciée.
