Fondée avec l’ambition d’accompagner les entreprises dans la gestion et l’optimisation de leurs infrastructures IT, METALINE a su évoluer pour répondre aux enjeux technologiques d’aujourd’hui et de demain. Dans le cadre de notre croissance et pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de l’un de nos clients, nous recherchons un.e Manager de Transition DSI (H/F/X) pour une mission stratégique.

Missions principales

  • Définir et prioriser la feuille de route IT à 12 mois.
  • Animer la gouvernance et les échanges avec les directions métiers.
  • Piloter les projets de transformation digitale.
  • Accompagner l'évolution des outils magasins, de la relation client, de la supply chain et des parcours omnicanaux.
  • Identifier et lancer les premiers cas d'usage Data & IA.
  • Garantir la disponibilité et la performance du SI au siège et sur l'ensemble du réseau de points de vente.
  • Superviser les activités de support utilisateurs.
  • Assurer la gouvernance de la cybersécurité et de la continuité d'activité (RGPD, PCA/PRA).
  • Structurer, coordonner et accompagner les équipes IT internes et les partenaires externes.
  • Élaborer et piloter les budgets CAPEX et OPEX.
  • Superviser les contrats et la relation fournisseurs.

Profil recherché

Compétences techniques

  • Expérience impérative dans le secteur du retail / grande distribution, avec gestion d'un réseau de magasins.
  • Solide maîtrise des environnements ERP Retail, systèmes d'encaissement, infrastructures réseaux, cloud et méthodes agiles.
  • Capacité à évoluer aussi bien sur des sujets stratégiques qu'opérationnels.
  • Une sensibilité aux enjeux de la consommation responsable constitue un atout.

Aptitudes et Compétences Relationnelles

  • Leadership et capacité à fédérer des équipes pluridisciplinaires.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion des parties prenantes.
  • Forte capacité d'analyse et de prise de décision.
  • Pragmatisme et sens des priorités dans des environnements exigeants.
  • Vision stratégique associée à une forte orientation opérationnelle.

Expérience et formation

  • Formation supérieure Bac+5 (École d'ingénieur, École de commerce ou Master spécialisé SI).
  • 8 à 10 ans d'expérience en systèmes d'information.
  • Expérience confirmée en management d'équipes IT (3 à 5 ans minimum).
