Missions principales

Dans le cadre de l'évolution de sa Factory de développement et de l'accélération de ses initiatives autour de l'Intelligence Artificielle, notre client recherche un(e) Tech Lead IA & Développement.

Vous rejoindrez une équipe en charge de concevoir, développer et maintenir des solutions digitales destinées aux collaborateurs de l'entreprise. En tant que référent(e) technique, vous jouerez un rôle central dans la définition de la stratégie technologique, l'accompagnement des équipes de développement et l'intégration des technologies d'IA générative au sein des projets.

Cette mission combine expertise technique, leadership, innovation et accompagnement des équipes dans un environnement Agile.

  • Être le référent technique de la Factory sur les sujets de développement et d'intelligence artificielle.
  • Définir et faire évoluer la stack technologique en cohérence avec les standards de l'entreprise.
  • Accompagner les équipes dans l'adoption des bonnes pratiques de développement et des nouvelles technologies.
  • Animer et fédérer une communauté de développeurs.
  • Concevoir et valider les architectures applicatives.
  • Promouvoir des architectures modernes basées sur les microservices.
  • Intégrer les bonnes pratiques de sécurité, de monitoring et d'observabilité.
  • Participer aux développements sur les projets stratégiques.
  • Réaliser et superviser les revues de code.
  • Garantir le respect des standards de développement.
  • Assurer la qualité, la maintenabilité et la performance des applications.
  • Collaborer avec les Product Owners et les équipes métiers.
  • Participer au cadrage technique des projets.
  • Estimer les charges et contribuer à la planification des travaux.
  • Identifier les opportunités d'intégration de l'IA générative et du Machine Learning.
  • Participer à l'étude, au prototypage et à l'industrialisation de nouveaux usages.
  • Assurer une veille technologique active sur les sujets IA et développement.

Profil recherché

Compétences techniques

  • Très bonne connaissance des bases de données SQL et NoSQL.
  • Maîtrise des outils Git, GitLab CI/CD, Docker et Kubernetes.
  • Expérience des plateformes Low Code / No Code telles que Power Platform ou WeWeb.
  • Bonne compréhension des principes d'IA générative et des modèles de Machine Learning.
  • Expérience des environnements Agile (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Maîtrise de Jira, Azure DevOps ou outils similaires.
  • Excellente maîtrise de Java, Python, JavaScript ou technologies équivalentes.

Aptitudes et Compétences Relationnelles

  • Leadership naturel et capacité à fédérer les équipes
  • Excellentes compétences en communication
  • Forte capacité d'analyse et de prise de décision
  • Sens de l'organisation et gestion des priorités
  • Capacité à vulgariser des sujets techniques complexes
  • Esprit d'innovation et curiosité technologique

Expérience et formation

  • Minimum 8 à 10 ans d'expérience en développement logiciel.
  • Expérience confirmée en tant que Tech Lead, Lead Developer ou Architecte Applicatif.
  • Expérience dans un environnement Factory, Centre de Services ou organisation Agile à grande échelle.
  • Une expérience sur des projets intégrant l'IA sera fortement appréciée.
