Dans le cadre de notre croissance et pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de l’un de nos clients, nous recherchons un.e Technicien.ne Qualité – Traçabilité & Archivage Junior pour une mission stratégique.

Missions principales

  • Assurer le suivi et la traçabilité des équipements aéronautiques.
  • Collecter, trier et archiver les étiquettes d'identification des équipements.
  • Renseigner et mettre à jour les informations techniques dans les outils de suivi (numéros de série, références, etc.).
  • Assurer le suivi des points restants et la transmission des documents aux lignes d'assemblage.
  • Préparer et gérer les documents d'identification des avions (Cover Pages).
  • Effectuer des recherches sur les avions afin de vérifier les numéros de série des équipements.
  • Organiser et assurer l'archivage documentaire par numéro de série avion (MSN), notamment sur les programmes A350 et A330.
  • Rechercher les certificats de conformité nécessaires à la création de duplicatas d'étiquettes.
  • Réaliser les inventaires et les contrôles physiques des équipements.
  • Vérifier la cohérence entre les équipements présents physiquement et les données d'inventaire.
  • Comparer les configurations des équipements afin de faciliter leur réaffectation et d'éviter les écarts de stock.

Profil recherché

Compétences techniques

  • Connaissances en gestion documentaire, traçabilité ou contrôle qualité.
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et aisance avec la saisie de données.
  • Capacité à vérifier, organiser et archiver des documents techniques.
  • Connaissance des procédures de suivi et d'identification des équipements.
  • Sensibilité aux exigences de qualité et de traçabilité en environnement industriel.
  • Une connaissance du secteur aéronautique constitue un atout.

  • Organisation et méthode dans le traitement des informations.
  • Autonomie et capacité à respecter les procédures.

Expérience et formation

  • Formation de niveau Bac à Bac+2/3 en qualité, gestion documentaire, logistique industrielle ou domaine technique équivalent.
  • Profil junior ou jeune diplômé accepté, notamment avec une première expérience en alternance dans un environnement industriel.
  • Une première expérience en qualité, traçabilité, archivage ou gestion documentaire est appréciée.
  • Une expérience dans l'aéronautique ou dans un secteur industriel similaire constitue un plus.
  • Les profils débutants motivés, disposant d'une première connaissance du milieu industriel, pourront être formés aux activités du poste.
