Das erwartet dich:

  • Du identifizierst neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und gewinnst aktiv Neukunden in der DACH-Region – vom mittelständischen Industriebetrieb bis zur Immobilienwirtschaft.
  • Du entwickelst individuelle Angebote für unser Geschäftsmodell und führst souverän Verhandlungen – vom Erstkontakt bis zum Abschluss.
  • Du baust langfristige Kundenbeziehungen auf und sorgst für nachhaltiges Umsatzwachstum.
  • Du analysierst Markt- und Regulierungsentwicklungen im Bereich BESS und leitest daraus strategische Maßnahmen ab.
  • Du entwickelst neue Vertriebskanäle und Business Development Ansätze und arbeitest dabei eng mit Technik und Geschäftsführung zusammen.
  • Du pflegst ein relevantes Netzwerk – von EPCs über Installateure bis hin zu Energieversorgern.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, Energiewirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb oder Business Development, idealerweise in einem der folgenden Bereiche: Energie, Photovoltaik, Energiespeicher oder SaaS/Energy-as-a-Service.
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Neukundengewinnung und im Closing komplexer Verträge.
  • Ein gutes technisches Grundverständnis für dezentrale Energiesysteme & Batteriespeicher.
  • Souveränes Auftreten auf Entscheiderebene (C-Level), starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten.
  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, strukturiert und hast Lust, in einem schnell wachsenden Markt Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
