Das erwartet dich:

  • Administration, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unserer SharePoint-Online-Umgebung
  • Betreuung und Optimierung unserer Microsoft-365-Kollaborationslösungen
  • Erstellung und Pflege automatisierter Workflows mit Power Automate sowie Entwicklung kleiner Business-Anwendungen mit Power Apps
  • Mitarbeit bei der Automatisierung von Onboarding- und Offboarding-Prozessen
  • Analyse bestehender Geschäftsprozesse und Entwicklung passender digitaler Lösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den jeweiligen Fachbereichen
  • Unterstützung bei Projekten rund um Dokumentenmanagement, Digital Workplace und weitere Digitalisierungsthemen
  • Definition und Weiterentwicklung von Governance-Vorgaben, Richtlinien und Best Practices für SharePoint und Microsoft 365
  • Beratung und Unterstützung der Anwender:innen sowie Erstellung von Dokumentationen, Schulungsunterlagen und Anleitungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen, der Corporate IT sowie externen Dienstleistern
  • Abwägung von Anforderungen aus den Fachbereichen, Benutzerfreundlichkeit, Governance und technischer Umsetzbarkeit

Das bringst du mit:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Digitalisierung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Administration von Microsoft 365, in Digitalisierungsprojekten oder in der Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Automate und Power Apps
  • Grundlegende Kenntnisse in der Administration von Microsoft 365 sowie im Umgang mit Berechtigungs- und Governance-Konzepten
  • Erfahrung in der Anforderungsanalyse, Prozessdokumentation sowie im Bereich Informationsarchitektur und Dokumentenmanagement
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Anwenderdokumentationen und Schulungsunterlagen
  • Kenntnisse in Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, Azure beziehungsweise Entra ID, ShareGate oder proALPHA (Produktkonfigurator) von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude daran, technische Themen verständlich zu vermitteln
  • Interesse an digitalen Arbeitsplatzlösungen, Prozessautomatisierung und neuen Technologien
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
