The posting

Das erwartet dich:

  • Du entwickelst neue Produkte und Features für unser Cloud-Angebot auf Basis von Markt- und Kundenanforderungen sowie Business-Cases.
  • Du verantwortest als Product Manager & Product Owner zwei agile Entwicklungsteams und steuerst die Produktentwicklung von der Priorisierung bis zum Release.
  • Du erhebst, analysierst und priorisierst Produktanforderungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Product Manager, Designer und unserem Entwicklungsteam.
  • Du nutzt Markt- und Kundendaten, KPIs sowie Nutzerfeedback, um datenbasierte Produktentscheidungen zu treffen.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unserem globalen Vertriebsteam und Kund weltweit zusammen, erkennst Marktchancen und übersetzt Kundenbedürfnisse in konkrete Produktanforderungen.
  • Du entwickelst Go-to-Market-Strategien und arbeitest mit Marketing sowie weiteren Abteilungen zusammen, um neue Produkte und Features erfolgreich zu positionieren.
  • Du überwachst die Performance deiner Produkte und Features und erstellst monatliche Reports zu den wichtigsten Kennzahlen.
  • Eigenständiges Arbeiten, unternehmerisches Denken und eine Hands-on-Mentalität zeichnen dich aus.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Mehr als 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Produktmanagement für SaaS-Applikationen.
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Softwareentwicklung oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
  • Erfahrung in datenbasierter Produktpriorisierung mit KPIs, Metriken und Nutzerfeedback.
  • Erfahrung in der Erneuerbare-Energien-Branche sowie technisches Verständnis für Monitoring- und Steuerungslösungen im Energiesektor.
  • Erfahrung im Anforderungsmanagement für LLM-gestützte Applikationen und agentische Plattformen.
  • Kenntnisse in Datenmanagement, APIs, Datenbankstrukturen sowie Login- und User-Management-Systemen.
  • Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden in der Softwareentwicklung.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, Marktdaten zu analysieren und zu interpretieren.

Pluspunkte geben folgende Skills:

  • Grundkenntnisse im Finanzwesen, insbesondere zum Abbilden von Finanzflüssen.
  • Erfahrung mit User Management in Keycloak.
  • Erfahrung mit CMMS-Systemen.
  • Branchenkenntnisse in BESS, EV-Chargern und VPPs.
