Busquem un/a administratiu/va de facturació i cobraments a mitja jornada

El nostre client és una empresa familiar de referència a la Garrotxa, reconeguda repetidament per l'excel·lència en el servei al client. Vol incorporar un/a administratiu/va de facturació i cobraments a les seves instal·lacions d'Olot.

Amb qui treballaràs?

Reportaràs al Responsable d'Administració i treballaràs colze a colze amb l'equip de postvenda, amb qui parlaràs cada dia perquè la informació de cada servei arribi completa a facturació.

Què faràs?

La teva missió serà que cada servei postvenda es facturi bé, a temps i seguint el procediment establert, i que també es cobri en el plaços previstos.

En el dia a dia:

· Facturaràs les ordres de reparació i els càrrecs interns entre postvenda i administració de les empreses del grup (autofactures).

· Gestionaràs les garanties de producte amb els programes dels fabricants, seguint el procediment de cadascun.

· Gestionaràs els peritatges amb les companyies d'assegurances.

· Tramitaràs homologacions de producte (l'empresa et formarà per a fer-ho).

· Faràs el seguiment dels cobraments pendents i reclamaràs per email i per telèfon els endarreriments i els impagats.

· Mantindràs la facturació al dia en coordinació amb l'equip de postvenda.

Què busquem?

· Que tinguis formació administrativa: CFGM en Gestió Administrativa, CFGS en Administració i Finances o equivalent.

· Que comptis amb un mínim de 2 anys d'experiència en facturació i gestió de cobraments.

· Que parlis i escriguis el català amb fluïdesa (imprescindible) i et defensis bé en castellà.

· Que et moguis amb agilitat amb Excel i Word i aprenguis ràpid programes de facturació i comptabilitat.

· Que siguis una persona molt rigorosa i metòdica, de les que segueixen el procediment i no deixen res a mitges.

· Que et sentis còmode/a trucant a clients per reclamar un pagament, amb tacte i constància.

· Valorarem experiència en assegurances (sinistres i peritatges), en gestió de reparacions o en servei postvenda.

Què oferim?

· Contracte indefinit des del primer dia: un lloc 100% estable.

· Mitja jornada (jornada parcial) de matí, de dilluns a divendres: 4 hores al dia, amb possibilitat de fer-ne 5.

· Horari fix que tries tu: entrada a les 8.30, 9.00 o 9.30 i sortida a les 12.30, 13.00 o 13.30.

· Formació a càrrec de l'empresa, també en els programes de gestió que s'hi fan servir.

· Excel.lent ambient de treball

· Incorporació immediata.
