Buscamos un/a Terapeuta Ocupacional especializado/a en Pediatría

¿Quieres trabajar en una ortopedia de referencia en Barcelona (Sarrià-Sant Gervasi), especializada en pediatría y atención temprana, con más de 30 años de trayectoria y un trato muy cercano tanto con el equipo como con los pacientes?

Reportarás directamente a gerencia y trabajarás codo con codo con la técnica de pediatría, con quien te repartirás las zonas de la provincia de Barcelona.

¿Qué harás?

Tu misión será evaluar las necesidades de cada paciente pediátrico, seleccionar y adaptar el producto ortopédico más adecuado, comercializarlo, asesorar a las familias sobre subvenciones y ayudas públicas y establecer relaciones con prescriptores del sector.

  • Evaluar las necesidades de pacientes pediátricos, tanto en el punto de venta como a domicilio.
  • Buscar y seleccionar el producto o ayuda técnica más adecuado para cada caso (catálogo e internet).
  • Adaptar y ajustar productos de forma creativa, con el apoyo del taller cuando sea necesario.
  • Asesorar sobre subvenciones y ayudas públicas para la adquisición de productos.
  • Realizar visitas de prospección a domicilios, centros y colegios.
  • Establecer y mantener relaciones comerciales con médicos especialistas, colegios, fisioterapeutas y centros de rehabilitación.
  • Desplazarte con la furgoneta de empresa para realizar valoraciones, entregas y ajustes.
  • Gestionar la facturación asociada a tu actividad.

¿Qué buscamos?

Que tengas la titulación de Terapeuta Ocupacional, Técnico/a Ortopédico/a, Técnico/a Ortoprotésico/a o Fisioterapeuta (se valorará formación de posgrado en pediatría).

  • Que cuentes con un mínimo de 1 año de experiencia profesional trabajando con clientes pediátricos (no necesariamente en ortopedia).
  • Que domines el catalán, el castellano y el inglés técnico (para la consulta de fichas de producto).
  • Que dispongas de permiso de conducir y tengas disponibilidad para desplazarte con la furgoneta de empresa por la provincia de Barcelona.
  • Que seas una persona con una clara vocación de servicio, paciente, resolutiva y autónoma.
  • Que te sientas cómodo/a realizando tareas manuales y creativas de adaptación de productos y no tengas inconveniente en cargar peso o realizar esfuerzos físicos.

¿Qué ofrecemos?

  • Contrato indefinido.
  • Horario de lunes a viernes, de 9:00 a 18:00 h (con una hora para comer).
  • Salario fijo + comisiones por ventas (retribución total anual estimada superior a 40.000 € una vez consolidada la cartera de clientes).
  • Furgoneta de empresa para los desplazamientos derivados de la actividad.
  • Incorporación a un equipo reducido, estable y con un trato muy cercano.
  • Posibilidades de crecimiento transversal: ampliación de conocimientos sobre productos y mayor autonomía comercial.
