Busquem un/a Tècnic/a de Gestió d’Assegurances (Girona)

Vols treballar a la corredoria d’un dels grups més forts de Girona en assessorament comptable, fiscal i laboral? Busquem un/a Tècnic/a de Gestió per al seu departament d’assegurances, orientat a clients empresa i autònoms.

T’incorporaràs a un departament reduït, format pel Director de l’àrea i una comercial. Reportaràs directament al Director i assumiràs la gestió tècnica i operativa del departament. Tindràs contacte habitual amb companyies asseguradores i, puntualment, amb clients per temes de cobertures, sinistres o documentació.

¿Què faràs?

La teva missió serà assegurar una correcta gestió de les cobertures, riscos, cotitzacions i sinistres dels clients, amb un servei rigorós, àgil i de qualitat. És una posició principalment de back office tècnic: donaràs suport en assessorament, però no és una feina comercial. Entre les teves funcions hi haurà:

  • Gestionar cotitzacions d’assegurances per a empreses i autònoms.
  • Revisar, actualitzar i adequar cobertures segons les necessitats de cada client.
  • Gestionar pòlisses, renovacions, modificacions, documentació i incidències.
  • Tramitar sinistres i fer-ne el seguiment.
  • Coordinar-te amb les companyies asseguradores per sol·licitar condicions, resoldre incidències i fer seguiment d’expedients.
  • Donar suport al Director en la valoració de riscos i la preparació de propostes per a clients.
  • Col·laborar puntualment en tasques d’assessorament i fidelització de clients.
  • Treballar amb rams com responsabilitat civil, multirisc empresarial, salut, incapacitat temporal, plans d’estalvi i altres productes per a l’activitat empresarial i el patrimoni professional.
  • Mantenir la informació actualitzada i ordenada als sistemes interns de gestió.

¿Què busquem?

  • Que tinguis una experiència mínima de 3 anys en el sector assegurador: corredoria, companyia asseguradora, banca assegurances o similar.
  • Que tinguis coneixements pràctics en gestió de cobertures, cotitzacions, riscos, pòlisses i sinistres.
  • Que coneguis assegurances per a empreses i autònoms (RC, multirisc empresarial, salut, incapacitat temporal o plans d’estalvi). Ho valorarem molt.
  • Que siguis una persona organitzada, rigorosa i resolutiva, còmoda treballant amb autonomia en un equip petit.
  • Que tinguis habilitats comercials suficients per donar suport puntual en assessorament i fidelització.
  • Que dominis el català i el castellà.
  • Que tinguis permís de conducció B.
  • Que tinguis disponibilitat per treballar presencialment a Girona ciutat.
  • Valorarem formació universitària o específica en assegurances, ADE, economia, dret, finances o similar, i experiència en el departament d’assegurances d’una assessoria d’empreses.

  • Salari de 26.000 a 36.000 € bruts anuals, segons experiència i encaix.
  • Dietes i quilometratge a càrrec de l’empresa quan hi hagi desplaçaments.
