Buscamos un/a Administrativo/a a media jornada (BCN)

¿Te gustaría trabajar en una empresa consolidada del sector sanitario en Barcelona, con más de 30 años de trayectoria y un trato cercano con todo el equipo? Se trata de una empresa familiar, muy especializada en ortopedia y ayudas técnicas, reconocida por su atención personalizada y su compromiso con la calidad de vida de sus pacientes.

Buscamos incorporar a una persona con vocación de servicio y capacidad de organización para dar soporte administrativo y logístico al día a día de la empresa, y liderar además su proceso de digitalización.

Reportarás directamente a gerencia y te coordinarás con el resto del equipo (área técnica, atención al público y área de pediatría), así como con la gestoría externa. No tendrás personas a cargo.

¿Qué harás?

Dar soporte administrativo y logístico transversal a la operativa diaria de la empresa (compras y ventas), y liderar la puesta en marcha del proceso de digitalización. Entre tus funciones estarán:

  • Gestionar la logística de entrada y salida de material.
  • Relacionarte con proveedores, clientes y empresas de transporte.
  • Hacer seguimiento de los pedidos (a proveedores, en tienda y online).
  • Comprobar albaranes y subir los pedidos al sistema de gestión.
  • Facturar y archivar documentación.
  • Atender llamadas y visitas presenciales (sin asumir la parte técnica, a cargo de otras personas del equipo).
  • Relacionarte con la gestoría externa, hacer seguimiento bancario y conciliar pagos y cobros.
  • Impulsar y liderar el proceso de digitalización de la empresa.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Que tengas formación mínima de Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior (CFGS); la rama formativa nos es indiferente.
  • Que cuentes con buena base informática, con dominio de Excel (tablas dinámicas) y soltura con herramientas de IA como ChatGPT o Claude.
  • Que domines el catalán y el castellano, hablado y escrito; el inglés será muy valorado.
  • Que seas una persona resolutiva, organizada y estés cómoda atendiendo al público, sin necesidad de asumir la parte técnica del negocio.
  • Que cuides tu imagen profesional, especialmente en la atención de cara al público.
  • Se valorará experiencia administrativa previa en entornos con logística, gestión de pedidos y relación con proveedores.
