Hierbei spielst du als neues Teammitglied eine zentrale Rolle:

Du bist die empathische Stimme von Michelscom und begeisterst mit deiner strukturierten und professionellen Art unsere Kunden und deren Bewerber.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du bist der zentrale Ansprechpartner für alle eingehenden Anrufe deines Bereiches
  • Du führst telefonische Bewerbungsinterviews und triffst eine qualifizierte Vorauswahl der Bewerber
  • Du vereinbarst Termine, erfasst Daten, dokumentierst und pflegst diese in unserem CRM-System
  • Du unterstützt deine Kollegen im Partnermanagement und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Workflow
  • Durch deine offene Art und Empathie baust du eine Beziehung zu unseren Kunden und deren Bewerbern auf

Einstiegsgehalt in Vollzeit: 30.000 € bis 39.000 € brutto Jahresgehalt.

Weiterentwicklungs- und Aufstiegsmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden.

Kernarbeitszeiten mit Gleitzeit bei einer 40-Stunden-Woche.
