Das steckt in deiner Rolle:

  • 4.000 bis 6.500€ brutto/Monat, bestehend aus Fixgehalt + ungedeckelter Provision (62.000€ ø Jahresgehalt in unserem Team)
  • Effiziente Einarbeitung: 3 bis 6 Monate
  • Möglichkeit auf einen eigenen Firmenwagen (Porsche, Audi)
  • 24 Jahre Durchschnittsalter deiner Kollegen

Deine Aufgabenbereiche:

  • Du eröffnest in der telefonischen Kaltakquise den Erstkontakt mit unseren Zielkunden und vereinbarst Termine mit Entscheidern.
  • Du führst Erstgespräche zur Bedarfsanalyse mit unseren Neukunden durch.
  • Du nimmst regelmäßig an internen Coachings zur Neukundenakquise teil.

  • Du bist kritikfähig und kannst konstruktive Rückmeldungen direkt in bessere Ergebnisse verwandeln.
