Hierbei spielst du im Vertrieb eine zentrale Rolle:

In unserem starken Vertriebsteam hast du direkten Einfluss auf den Firmenerfolg. Mit deiner überzeugenden Art vereinbarst du Termine mit den richtigen Entscheidern und sorgst dafür, dass diese ihre lange Suche nach passenden Mitarbeitern durch unsere Hilfe effizient lösen können.

Deine Aufgabenbereiche:

  • Telefonische Vorqualifikation potenzieller Interessenten
  • Nachfassen und Kontaktaufnahme mit vorhandenen Kontakten, die sich für unsere Dienstleistung interessieren
  • Terminbestätigung für unsere Strategieberater

Grundgehalt von 36.000 € brutto pro Jahr zzgl. ungedeckelter Provision.

Schnelle Weiterentwicklungs- und Aufstiegsmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden, bis zu 60.000 € brutto Jahresgehalt inkl. Provision möglich.

Die Einarbeitungsphase dauert i. d. R. 2–4 Monate.
