Hierbei spielst du als Key Account Manager eine zentrale Rolle:

Du betreust unsere Partner bei der Umsetzung ihrer Kampagnen und sorgst dafür, dass sie mit deiner Hilfe die richtigen Mitarbeiter finden und einstellen.

Deine Aufgabenbereiche:

  • Du bist verantwortlich für den Ausbau langfristiger Beziehungen mit unseren wichtigsten Kunden.
  • Du fungierst als strategischer Berater für unsere Kunden und berätst sie professionell zu unseren Recruiting-Dienstleistungen.
  • Du steuerst die Kommunikation und koordinierst die interne Umsetzung der Themen mit unseren Fachabteilungen.
  • Du nimmst regelmäßig an Meetings teil und tauschst dich mit Kollegen und Geschäftsführern regelmäßig über deine Projekte aus.

Dein Profil:

  • Du besitzt Verhandlungsgeschick sowie eine hohe Überzeugungskraft, bist empathisch und wortgewandt.
  • Du besitzt ein ausgeprägtes, analytisches und strukturiertes Denkvermögen.
  • Idealerweise besitzt Du bereits Saleserfahrung im B2B-Bereich oder Projektmanagement.
  • Du hast eine Ausbildung oder ein Studium abgeschlossen.
  • Du besitzt einen gültigen Pkw-Führerschein für Kundenbesuche innerhalb Deutschlands
