In deiner Rolle unterstützt du Unternehmen bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung der ManageEngine-Lösungen. Du begleitest Kunden von der Anforderungsanalyse über die Implementierung bis zum produktiven Betrieb und bringst deine Erfahrung aus der Systemadministration direkt in anspruchsvolle Kundenprojekte ein.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von ManageEngine-Lösungen im Bereich Identity & Access Management (IAM) sowie Security Information & Event Management (SIEM) in anspruchsvollen Kundenumgebungen. Kenntnisse im IT Operations Management (ITOM) sind von Vorteil
  • Analyse technischer Anforderungen sowie Konfiguration und Integration der Lösungen in bestehende IT-Infrastrukturen
  • Technische Beratung unserer Kunden bei der Optimierung von Benutzer-, Berechtigungs- und Identity-Management-Prozessen sowie zentrale Ansprechperson für technische Fragestellungen
  • Integration von ManageEngine-Lösungen mit Third-Party-Systemen über Skripting und REST APIs
  • Fehleranalyse, Troubleshooting sowie Durchführung technischer Anpassungen, Updates und Erweiterungen bestehender Umgebungen
  • Durchführung von Workshops und Schulungen

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung im IT-Umfeld, beispielsweise als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration, Fachinformatiker für Anwendungsentwicklung, IT-Systemelektroniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Systemadministrator, im technischen Consulting oder in einer vergleichbaren technischen Rolle
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows Server, Windows-Umgebungen, Active Directory sowie Benutzer- und Berechtigungsmanagement
  • Fundierte praktische Erfahrung im Scripting mit PowerShell, insbesondere im Lesen und Anpassen bestehender Skripte für Active Directory
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Anbindung von IT-Systemen über REST-APIs sowie sicherer Umgang mit API-Dokumentationen und HTTP-Statuscodes zur Analyse und Behebung von Integrationsfehlern
  • Erfahrung in Kundenprojekten oder der technischen Beratung von IT-Lösungen sowie Interesse an Themen wie IAM, SIEM, ITOM oder IT-Security
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse sowie Reisebereitschaft für gelegentliche Kundentermine innerhalb Deutschlands
