Du kennst dich mit Monitoring aus und gehst technischen Problemen auf den Grund? Bei MicroNova bringst du deine Erfahrung aus der Systemadministration in unterschiedliche Kundenumgebungen ein. Du unterstützt Unternehmen bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung der Monitoringlösungen von ManageEngine und begleitest sie von der Anforderungsanalyse über die Implementierung bis zum produktiven Betrieb.

Als exklusiver Vertriebspartner von ManageEngine für IT Management und IT Security in Deutschland setzen wir dabei auf dein technisches Wissen und deine Beratung. Du arbeitest zu 100 % remote und bist gelegentlich bei Kunden vor Ort.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Kunden beraten: Als zentrale Ansprechperson für technische Fragen unterstützt du unsere Kunden bei der Optimierung ihrer Benutzer-, Berechtigungs- und Identity-Management-Prozesse.
  • Anforderungen analysieren: Du analysierst technische Anforderungen und leitest daraus die passende Konfiguration der Lösungen ab.
  • Monitoringlösungen einführen: Du implementierst die Monitoringlösungen von ManageEngine in anspruchsvollen Kundenumgebungen.
  • Systeme verbinden: Du bindest die Monitoringlösungen in bestehende IT-Infrastrukturen ein.
  • First Level Support: Du analysierst technische Fehler und unterstützt unsere Kunden beim Troubleshooting.
  • Wissen weitergeben: In Workshops, Schulungen, praxisnahen Videos und bei Vorträgen auf Messen vermittelst du unseren Kunden hilfreiche Tipps und bewährte Vorgehensweisen für den Einsatz der ManageEngine Lösungen.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Umfeld, beispielsweise als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration, Fachinformatiker für Anwendungsentwicklung, IT-Systemelektroniker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Systemadministrator, im technischen Consulting oder in einer vergleichbaren technischen Rolle.
  • Fundierte praktische Erfahrung im Monitoring von IT-Infrastrukturen.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows Server, Windows-Umgebungen und Active Directory sowie im Benutzer- und Berechtigungsmanagement.
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an technischer Beratung. Erfahrung in Kundenprojekten ist ein Plus.
  • Kenntnisse in IAM oder SIEM sind von Vorteil.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse sowie Reisebereitschaft für gelegentliche Kundentermine innerhalb Deutschlands.
