Deine Aufgaben

  • Event Management: Du planst, organisierst und bewirbst Messeauftritte, Kundenworkshops, Reseller-Veranstaltungen, eigene Events und Webinare.
  • Content Marketing: Du erstellst Inhalte für Website, Newsletter, Social Media, E-Books und Anzeigen sowie Vertriebsunterlagen. Technische Themen rund um die IT-Management-Lösungen von ManageEngine bereitest du verständlich auf.
  • Partnerkommunikation: Gemeinsam mit unserem Softwarehersteller ManageEngine stimmst du Marketingaktivitäten ab und passt globale Marketingstrategien an den deutschen Markt an.
  • Website, SEO und GEO: Du pflegst und optimierst unsere Website www.manageengine.de. Dabei sorgst du für Sichtbarkeit in Suchmaschinen und KI-gestützten Suchsystemen.
  • Social Media und E-Mail-Marketing: Unsere Social-Media-Kanäle betreust du und entwickelst sie weiter. Mit Kampagnen zur Leadgenerierung und gezieltem Lead Nurturing gewinnst du Interessierte und förderst qualifizierte Vertriebsanfragen.
  • Grafik und Design: Mit Canva und der Adobe Creative Suite gestaltest du Marketingmaterialien und Visuals für unsere digitalen Kanäle, Veranstaltungen und den Vertrieb.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast ein Studium im Bereich Marketing, BWL oder Kommunikation abgeschlossen oder bringst eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit.
  • Im B2B-Marketing hast du mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung gesammelt, idealerweise im IT- oder SaaS-Umfeld oder mit erklärungsbedürftigen Produkten. Agenturerfahrung ist ein Plus.
  • Du bist Marketing Allrounder, denkst strategisch und packst operativ mit an.
  • Hands-on-Mentalität, Teamgeist und die Fähigkeit, auch bei mehreren parallelen Projekten den Überblick zu behalten.
  • Du verstehst technische Zusammenhänge und bringst verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse mit.
  • Erfahrung mit KI-Tools, Canva, der Adobe Creative Suite und CleverReach ist wünschenswert.
  • Kenntnisse in TYPO3, SEO, Social Media und bezahlten Werbekampagnen sind von Vorteil.
