Deine Aufgaben:

  • Fokus & Verantwortung: Du arbeitest in einem festen Team mit Produktverantwortung – für ERP, Lohn oder Produktion.
  • Code mit Substanz: Du entwickelst mit Delphi 12 an einer Applikation mit fast 9 Millionen Zeilen Code – und behältst dabei immer die Qualität im Blick.
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung: Du setzt User Stories um, übernimmst Fehleranalysen, Wartung und die Weiterentwicklung bestehender Komponenten.
  • Teamwork & Agilität: Du arbeitest eng mit Kollegen aus Entwicklung, QA und Produktmanagement zusammen – nach agilen Methoden wie SCRUM und OKR.
  • Know-how & Weiterentwicklung: Du wirst von Delphi-Spezialisten begleitet und entwickelst dich durch Pair Programming, Code Reviews und interne Wissensformate ständig weiter.

  • Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung mit Embarcadero Delphi (RAD Studio 10 „Seattle“ oder höher)
  • Interesse und Ausdauer, dich in eine große und gewachsene Codebasis einzuarbeiten
  • Freude daran, dich mit komplexen Problemstellungen auseinanderzusetzen
  • Eigenverantwortliches und strukturiertes Arbeiten sowie hohe Qualitätsansprüche an deinen Code
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Lust auf Austausch
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1)
