Bei microtech begleitest Du Kundenprojekte von der ersten Anforderung bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung. Dabei liegt Dein Fokus nicht auf tiefem technischem Expertenwissen, sondern darauf, Menschen, Projekte und Veränderungen erfolgreich zu steuern.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst die fachliche Führung von Projektteams und schaffst Orientierung, Verbindlichkeit und eine starke Zusammenarbeit.
  • Du behältst auch in komplexen oder dynamischen Projektsituationen den Überblick und setzt die richtigen Prioritäten.
  • Du moderierst unterschiedliche Interessen, triffst Entscheidungen und sorgst für klare Kommunikation zwischen Kunden, Projektteam und Management.
  • Du verantwortest die erfolgreiche Umsetzung von Kundenprojekten von der Anforderungsaufnahme bis zum Go-Live.
  • Du erkennst Potenziale für Digitalisierung und Prozessoptimierung und entwickelst gemeinsam mit Kunden und Team passende Lösungen.
  • Du gestaltest Veränderungen aktiv mit und entwickelst Prozesse, Zusammenarbeit und Methoden kontinuierlich weiter.

  • Du verstehst Führung als Haltung und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung.
  • Du behältst auch in dynamischen Situationen den Überblick und handelst sicher.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, methodisch, priorisierst sicher und bringst Themen konsequent zum Abschluss.
  • Du hinterfragst Bestehendes, denkst in Alternativen und entwickelst neue Lösungsansätze.
  • Du interessierst Dich für digitale Geschäftsprozesse und moderne Technologien in den Bereichen Handel, Logistik, Vertrieb oder Produktion – Quereinsteiger sind herzlich willkommen!
  • Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit Softwarelösungen oder ERP-Systemen sind hilfreich. Entscheidend ist für uns jedoch Deine Fähigkeit, Menschen, Projekte und Veränderungen erfolgreich zu führen.
