Das erwartet Dich

In unserem derzeit sechsköpfigen IT-Team bist du maßgeblich an der Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unserer virtualisierten, hybriden Server- und Cloud-Landschaft beteiligt und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Dienste unter modernen Windows-Server-Versionen sowie Linux auch zukünftig optimal laufen. Dabei kümmerst du dich um die Konfiguration und Wartung unserer Client-/Server-Netzwerke, der Storage-Systeme sowie weiterer wichtiger Dienste, wie unsere auf Kubernetes basierende Cloud.

Wir verstehen IT als einen Prozess, der sich durch kontinuierliche Optimierung auszeichnet. Dabei arbeiten wir jeden Tag motiviert daran, neue Dienste zu implementieren, vorhandene Themen weiterzuentwickeln und an Projekten zu arbeiten, welche durch den OKR-Ansatz gemeinsam geplant und strukturiert sind.

In deinem neuen Aufgabenumfeld übernimmst du zudem die Rolle des Ansprechpartners für die Inhouse-Betreuung unserer Kollegen bei microtech. Dabei bearbeitest du die Anfragen über unseren IT-Service-Desk und löst technische Probleme entweder per Videokonferenz und Fernwartungssoftware oder direkt vor Ort.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Umfassende Kenntnisse in der Administration von Microsoft Windows-Servern (Windows Server 2016-2025) und zugehöriger Infrastruktur wie Active Directory, Exchange, Radius, DNS und weiteren
  • Ebenso in der Administration von Linux-Servern (Ubuntu LTS, SSH, bash)
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Client-Betriebssysteme (Windows 11) sowie Microsoft Client-Anwendungen
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Bereich (Docker-)Container sowie Kubernetes (RKE2, KubeOne) sowie allgemein Cloud- und Server-Hosting
  • Expertise in hybrider Cloud-Infrastruktur wie Azure / Entra, Exchange Online, Microsoft 365 sowie Microsoft Teams inkl. Teams-Telefonie
  • Praktisches Wissen zu Netzwerk-Infrastruktur (Switches, SAN, Netzsegmentierung per VLAN) sowie Firewalls (Sophos XG, Multi-WAN, Standort-VPN)
  • Versierter Umgang im Bereich von Virtualisierung, beispielsweise mit VMware ESXi oder Proxmox
  • Hands on Mentalität
  • Drang zu eigenverantwortlichem, Performance-orientiertem Arbeiten, einer starken Kommunikation sowie der Fähigkeit Probleme, nachhaltig im Sinne des Kunden zu lösen
