The posting

Onze productie groeit hard. Nieuwe machines, nieuwe lijnen, nieuwe technieken; dat vraagt om een technische dienst die vooruitdenkt. Daarom zoeken we een Storingsmonteur die energie krijgt van storingen oplossen, preventief onderhoud en het verbeteren van technische processen.

Als Storingsmonteur bij MPGE zorg jij dat onze hightech productielijnen blijven draaien. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar staat nooit alleen, samen met collega‑monteurs en externe specialisten zorg je voor een veilige, stabiele en steeds betere productieomgeving. Werk jij graag in een moderne productieomgeving? Ben je sterk in elektrotechniek én mechanica? Dan pas je perfect in ons team.

Doen

Als Storingsmonteur ben jij de technische spil op onze locatie. Je werkt aan mechanische én elektrotechnische systemen, voert inspecties uit en lost storingen op voordat ze problemen worden. Je werkt gestructureerd, veilig en met oog voor kwaliteit.

Dit ga je doen:

  • Lokaliseren en analyseren van storingen (mechanisch & elektrotechnisch)
  • Oplossen van storingen op basis van meldingen en eigen diagnose
  • Uitvoeren van periodieke inspecties en preventief onderhoud
  • Beoordelen van de staat van machines en vastleggen van bevindingen
  • Inregelen, kalibreren en testdraaien van apparatuur
  • Doen van verbetervoorstellen voor techniek, veiligheid en processen
  • Controleren en onderhouden van gereedschap en (grijp)voorraden
  • Registreren van onderhouds- en storingswerkzaamheden in systemen
  • Ervaring als onderhouds- of storingsmonteur (mechanisch en/of elektrotechnisch)
  • Zelfstandig werken en prioriteiten stellen
  • Netjes en veilig werken volgens procedures
  • Je denkt in oplossingen en houdt het hoofd koel bij storingen
  • Je communiceert duidelijk met collega’s, operators en externe monteurs
  • Je hebt een proactieve houding en ziet waar dingen beter kunnen
  • Onderdeel van de indiensttreding is het doorlopen van een screening. Zo moet je onder andere een Verklaring Omtrent Goed Gedrag (VOG) kunnen aanleveren. De kosten hiervoor worden door ons vergoed.
