Importante empresa chilena del rubro industrial, especializada en la comercialización y logística de productos químicos y derivados del petróleo, se encuentra en búsqueda de un/a Analista Documental Internacional, quien será responsable de gestionar, revisar y confeccionar la documentación asociada a operaciones de comercio exterior, ventas internacionales y triangulaciones comerciales, asegurando su correcta emisión, consistencia y trazabilidad.

Principales objetivos del cargo:

  • Revisar y gestionar expedientes documentales asociados a operaciones internacionales.
  • Confeccionar y emitir documentación como Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, COA, B/L y AWB.
  • Coordinar procesos de neutralización y Switch B/L con freight forwarders y líneas navieras.
  • Asegurar la consistencia y trazabilidad de la documentación de cada operación.
  • Actuar como back-up del Analista Documental Nacional, apoyando procesos de internación, despachos locales y gestión con Agentes de Aduanas.

Requisitos:

  • Formación Técnico Profesional o Universitaria en Comercio Exterior, Negocios Internacionales o carrera afín.
  • Al menos 2 años de experiencia en gestión documental de Comercio Exterior.
  • Manejo de Excel nivel intermedio-avanzado (excluyente).
  • Inglés intermedio-avanzado (excluyente).
  • Manejo de SAP (deseable).
  • Experiencia en importaciones, exportaciones y/o triangulaciones comerciales.
