Importante empresa chilena especializada en inteligencia socioterritorial se encuentra en búsqueda de un/a Data Engineer, quien tendrá el desafío de diseñar y consolidar una infraestructura de datos escalable que conecte distintas fuentes de información y sustente el desarrollo de productos digitales, modelos analíticos y soluciones de inteligencia artificial.

Desde este rol, participarás en la evolución tecnológica de la compañía, transformando metodologías, indicadores y datos territoriales en servicios confiables, trazables y automatizados que permitan comprender contextos complejos, anticipar riesgos y apoyar la toma de decisiones de sus clientes.

¿Qué harás?

  • Diseñar y construir la arquitectura de datos que dará soporte a los productos digitales de la compañía.
  • Implementar un ecosistema Data Lake / Data Warehouse y desarrollar pipelines ETL/ELT para automatizar la integración y procesamiento de datos.
  • Integrar fuentes internas, APIs, datos abiertos y datos geoespaciales para fortalecer los modelos e indicadores de la organización.
  • Implementar estándares de calidad, trazabilidad, documentación y gobierno de datos que aseguren una infraestructura confiable y escalable.
  • Trabajar junto al equipo para habilitar soluciones basadas en datos y nuevos productos digitales.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Al menos 3 años de experiencia en Ingeniería de Datos, Arquitectura de Datos o desarrollo de soluciones orientadas a datos.
  • Experiencia diseñando e implementando pipelines ETL/ELT, Data Lakes y Data Warehouses en ambientes cloud.
  • Dominio de Python, SQL y servicios de datos en AWS o tecnologías equivalentes.
  • Experiencia construyendo soluciones de datos desde etapas tempranas, idealmente en startups, empresas tecnológicas o entornos de alta innovación.
  • Capacidad para desenvolverse con autonomía, resolver problemas complejos y colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios de Data Science, Desarrollo e Inteligencia Artificial.
