Buscamos un Líder Senior de Iniciativas que lidere la implementación integral de proyectos de alto impacto, asegurando que cada iniciativa cumpla su promesa de valor desde su diseño inicial hasta la ejecución, seguimiento, cierre y aprendizaje.

Este rol combina mirada estratégica + liderazgo transversal + gestión basada en evidencia, siendo responsable de estructurar las condiciones necesarias para el éxito de cada iniciativa: planificación, equipos, alianzas, presupuesto, indicadores y coordinación con donantes, partners y stakeholders.

Es una posición con alta autonomía y responsabilidad, donde tendrás un rol activo en la toma de decisiones, priorización de recursos, gestión de riesgos y entrega de resultados medibles para beneficiarios y aliados estratégicos.

  • Al menos 5 años de experiencia liderando proyectos, programas o iniciativas de alta complejidad.
  • Experiencia en ámbitos vinculados a educación, tecnología, innovación, transformación digital o impacto social.
  • Capacidad para articular equipos internos y externos, proveedores, partners, donantes y stakeholders estratégicos.
  • Experiencia en planificación, gestión de presupuestos, seguimiento de KPIs y control de riesgos.
  • Pensamiento crítico, capacidad de organización y orientación a resultados basados en evidencia.
  • Mindset digital y manejo de herramientas colaborativas, metodologías ágiles e inteligencia artificial aplicada al trabajo.
  • Habilidades de comunicación, relacionamiento y liderazgo transversal.
