Importante empresa del rubro alimentos y consumo masivo se encuentra en búsqueda de su próximo/a Jefe/a de Ventas Zonal – Canal Tradicional para la zona de Talca.

Buscamos profesionales con experiencia en consumo masivo y Canal Tradicional, orientación a resultados y un liderazgo cercano y activo en terreno, interesados en asumir la gestión comercial de una zona con un importante desafío de crecimiento y expansión.

🔹 Algunos de los desafíos del cargo:

  • Liderar la gestión comercial de la zona, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos de venta, cobertura y clientes activos.
  • Acompañar y desarrollar al equipo de vendedores en terreno, entregando seguimiento, coaching y feedback permanente.
  • Consolidar el modelo de preventa y asegurar una correcta ejecución comercial de las rutas.
  • Analizar indicadores de gestión y generar planes de acción para mejorar los resultados por vendedor, ruta y cliente.
  • Impulsar el crecimiento del territorio mediante el desarrollo de clientes actuales y la apertura de nuevos puntos de venta.
  • Gestionar negociaciones y relaciones comerciales con clientes estratégicos de la zona.

🔹 Buscamos profesionales con:

  • Experiencia en empresas de consumo masivo y Canal Tradicional
  • Entre 3 y 5 años de experiencia en posiciones de jefatura o supervisión de ventas, liderando equipos comerciales de terreno.
  • Experiencia en gestión de rutas, cobertura, apertura de clientes y seguimiento de indicadores comerciales.
  • Manejo de Excel y herramientas de reportería comercial; deseable Power BI.
  • Vehículo propio y residencia en Talca o sectores cercanos, con disponibilidad para desempeñarse principalmente en terreno.
