Importante organización vinculada a la educación, innovación y generación de impacto busca incorporar a un/a Project Manager, quien será responsable de liderar estratégica y operativamente la implementación integral de un programa de alcance nacional, con foco en desarrollo de habilidades, empleabilidad y reconversión laboral.

¿Qué harás?

  • Liderar la planificación, implementación y seguimiento del programa, asegurando cumplimiento de objetivos, plazos, presupuesto y resultados.
  • Monitorear KPI e indicadores de impacto, identificando brechas y oportunidades de mejora.
  • Gestionar recursos, presupuesto, riesgos y principales desviaciones del proyecto.
  • Liderar y movilizar equipos multidisciplinarios y distintas áreas de la organización.
  • Articular relaciones con empresas, instituciones educacionales, organismos públicos, donantes y otros stakeholders estratégicos.
  • Impulsar alianzas que contribuyan al desarrollo, sostenibilidad y escalamiento del programa.
  • Participar en el diseño y evolución de soluciones vinculadas a educación, formación, empleabilidad, tecnología e innovación.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Formación profesional en Ingeniería o carreras afines.
  • Al menos 6 años de experiencia gestionando programas o proyectos complejos.
  • Experiencia liderando proyectos con responsabilidad sobre KPI, presupuesto, riesgos, entregables y equipos.
  • Experiencia gestionando stakeholders y articulando actores diversos.
  • Experiencia en proyectos relacionados con innovación, educación y/o tecnología.
  • Deseable experiencia en iniciativas de impacto social, articulación público-privada o alianzas.
