The posting

Empresa chilena de larga trayectoria, con presencia nacional y una operación de alta escala, busca incorporar a su próximo/a Subgerente de Desarrollo Inmobiliario y Servicios Generales, quien tendrá el desafío de liderar integralmente la gestión inmobiliaria, infraestructura y servicios generales de la compañía.

El rol tendrá como principales objetivos:

  • Liderar la estrategia de desarrollo inmobiliario e infraestructura, impulsando proyectos de habilitación, remodelación y mejora de instalaciones.
  • Liderar procesos de regularización de inmuebles e instalaciones, asegurando el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente.
  • Asegurar la continuidad operacional de las instalaciones, gestionando servicios generales, mantenciones e infraestructura.
  • Gestionar presupuestos, contratos y proveedores, buscando eficiencia, calidad y continuidad de los servicios.
  • Liderar y desarrollar equipos, coordinando transversalmente con distintas áreas de la organización.
  • Identificar oportunidades de optimización y generación de valor a partir de los activos inmobiliarios.

¿Qué buscamos?:

  • Formación profesional en Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería Civil Industrial, Construcción Civil, Ingeniería en Construcción, Arquitectura, Ingeniería Comercial o carreras afines.
  • Al menos 7 años de experiencia en gestión inmobiliaria, desarrollo de proyectos, infraestructura, construcción, servicios generales, facility management, mantenciones o gestión de activos.
  • Experiencia liderando proyectos de inversión, obras, habilitación de instalaciones, contratos y proveedores.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos y coordinando proyectos con múltiples áreas y stakeholders.
  • Conocimientos en gestión de proyectos, infraestructura, presupuestos, CAPEX/OPEX, contratos y normativa asociada a inmuebles e instalaciones.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar presencialmente en Santiago y viajar dentro de Chile.
