Di cosa ti occuperai:

- Supporto tecnico di I livello per problematiche sulla piattaforma di MioDottore e sugli strumenti a questa connessi;

- Supporto di II livello ai nostri clienti da remoto - chiamate inbound, mail, whatsapp;

- Mantenimento e aggiornamento della reportistica dedicata al tracciamento di anomalie del prodotto e analisi dei bug.

- Incrementerai le opportunità di business, individuando le necessità e presentando soluzioni aggiuntive.

Chi stiamo cercando?

Cerchiamo persone dinamiche, entusiaste e pronte a crescere con noi! Idealmente, hai:

- Attitudine al problem solving; ti piace trovare soluzioni ai problemi dei nostri clienti

- Capacità di rimanere calmi e lucidi di fronte a situazioni complesse, dimostrando equilibrio e abilità nel gestire la complessità senza perdere il controllo.

- Buona conoscenza degli applicativi Office (Word, Excel); siamo una realtà digitale è fondamentale che tu abbia familiarità con questi strumenti

- Conoscenza dell’inglese a livello B1, siamo una realtà internazionale, ti potrebbe capire di utilizzare l’inglese

- Costituisce prerequisito fondamentale l'sperienza pregressa nell’utilizzo e nella gestione di piattaforme CRM.

- Ottima attitudine commerciale.
