Lynx RH, marque emblématique du groupe Mistertemp’ est spécialisée dans le recrutement de profils cadres. Notre cabinet de Seyssinet-Pariset recherche son/sa consultante en recrutement en CDI. Nous sommes une équipe passionnée et motivée à trouver les meilleurs profils pour nos clients. Rattaché(e) à la responsable du cabinet, vous aurez pour challenge de développer le secteur de l’ADV / SUPPLY en intérim et placement (CDI/CDD).

Pour cela, trois grandes missions vous serons attribuées:

  • Commercial(e) : Vous êtes le moteur du développement de notre cabinet, en prenant en charge la prospection et la fidélisation de nos clients. Véritable ambassadeur de notre activité, vous déployez votre énergie et votre sens du relationnel pour booster notre croissance. Le développement commercial est votre terrain de jeu, et vous savez convaincre et fidéliser avec brio !
  • Détective du recrutement : Vous menez l’enquête pour comprendre en profondeur les besoins de nos clients (CDD, CDI, et principalement intérim). À la recherche des talents les plus prometteurs, vous utilisez tous les canaux de sourcing possibles (réseaux sociaux, jobboards) pour dénicher les perles rares. Après avoir mené des entretiens percutants, vous mettez en lumière les compétences, la personnalité et les ambitions des candidats pour créer des matchs parfaits avec les besoins de nos clients.
  • Chef(fe) d’orchestre administratif : Vous gérez et coordonnez l’ensemble des aspects administratifs liés au processus de recrutement. Rédaction des contrats, DPAE, saisie des données RH, vérification des documents administratifs, suivi des visites médicales, gestion des acomptes et facturation… Vous êtes la clé de voûte qui assure une organisation fluide et sans accroc !

Vous avez une solide expérience dans le recrutement en cabinet, un esprit de conquête et une fibre commerciale qui vous pousse sans cesse à dépasser vos objectifs ? Vous excellez dans la création de relations durables avec vos clients et candidats ?

Nous recherchons avant tout une personnalité dynamique, curieuse et motivée, quelqu'un qui a à cœur de se développer tout en contribuant à l’évolution des autres !

📍 Localisation : Cabinet basé à Seysinnet-Pariset 📅 Disponibilité : Poste en CDI à pourvoir ASAP

💰 Rémunération : entre 30-33k€ selon profil pour 39h + plan de commissionnement déplafonné
