Du gestaltest den visuellen Auftritt von MoleQlar aktiv mit und übernimmst Verantwortung für unsere Foto-, Video- und Content-Produktion. Als Teil eines schnell wachsenden Teams mit knapp 30 Mitarbeitenden im Longevity-Markt entwickelst du unsere visuelle Markenwelt kontinuierlich weiter.

Dabei verantwortest du Content-Projekte von der ersten Idee bis zum finalen Asset: Du entwickelst Konzepte, organisierst Shootings und Content-Tage, produzierst selbst und sorgst in der Postproduktion für einen hochwertigen, konsistenten Look.

Du arbeitest eng mit Marketing, Brand und weiteren internen sowie externen Partnern zusammen und bringst nicht nur operative Stärke, sondern auch eigene kreative Impulse mit.

Dein Ziel: Eine starke, wiedererkennbare Bild- und Videowelt schaffen, die MoleQlar auf Website, Social Media, Ads und Amazon hochwertig und modern präsentiert.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Video-Produktion & Editing: Du verantwortest die Umsetzung von Video-Content für Social Media, Ads, Website und weitere Marketingkanäle - von schnellen Reels und Performance Creatives bis hin zu Interviews und längeren Formaten.
  • Shootings & Content-Tage: Du konzipierst und organisierst Content-Produktionen eigenständig. Dazu gehören Briefings, Timings, Locations sowie die Koordination von Creators, Fotograf und weiteren externen Partnern.
  • Foto & Produkt-Content: Du produzierst hochwertige Produkt- und Lifestyle-Fotografie für unseren Shop, Amazon und unsere Marketingkanäle - inklusive Set-Aufbau, Lichtsetzung und Postproduktion.
  • Creative Ownership: Du entwickelst unsere visuelle Content-Sprache aktiv weiter und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Inhalte über alle relevanten Touchpoints hinweg hochwertig und konsistent wirken.
  • Neue Formate & Trends: Du beobachtest relevante Content-, Social- und Creative-Trends, übersetzt sie auf MoleQlar und entwickelst daraus neue Formate und Ideen.
  • Content Operations: Du sorgst für saubere Abläufe, eine strukturierte Asset-Verwaltung und effiziente Produktionsprozesse – damit guter Content nicht nur kreativ, sondern auch skalierbar entsteht.
  • AI & Automatisierung: Du integrierst moderne AI-Tools gezielt in unsere Creative Workflows und findest kontinuierlich neue Wege, Produktion, Editing und Organisation schneller und besser zu machen.

Dein Profil

  • Ownership: Du wartest nicht auf detaillierte Briefings, sondern erkennst selbstständig Potenziale, entwickelst Lösungen und setzt sie um.
  • Erfahrung: Du hast bereits praktische Erfahrung in der professionellen Foto-, Video- oder Content-Produktion gesammelt – idealerweise in einem Unternehmen, einer Agentur oder einem vergleichbaren schnelllebigen Umfeld.
  • Creative Skills: Du bist sicher im Videoschnitt (z. B. Premiere Pro, Final Cut oder vergleichbar) sowie in der Bildbearbeitung (z. B. Photoshop, Lightroom) und hast ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Bildsprache, Licht, Komposition und Storytelling.
  • Hands-on Mentalität: Du hast kein Problem damit, sowohl kreative Konzepte zu entwickeln als auch selbst Kamera, Licht und Schnitt zu übernehmen.
  • Qualitätsanspruch: Du erkennst den Unterschied zwischen „fertig“ und „wirklich gut“ und hast den Anspruch, unsere visuelle Qualität kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.
  • AI-native: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini und weitere AI-Tools gehören für dich selbstverständlich zum Arbeitsalltag. Du experimentierst gerne mit neuen Tools und integrierst sie dort, wo sie einen echten Mehrwert schaffen.
  • Arbeitsweise: Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und eigenverantwortlich und kannst mehrere Produktionen und Projekte gleichzeitig koordinieren.
  • Deutschkenntnisse: Sehr gutes Deutsch ist wichtig, da unser Content und unser Arbeitsalltag überwiegend deutschsprachig sind.
