Deine Mission

Du möchtest verstehen, wie ein E-Commerce-Unternehmen operativ wirklich funktioniert – nicht nur an der Oberfläche, sondern hinter den Kulissen: von Warenfluss über Verfügbarkeit bis hin zu Bestandsplanung, Logistikprozessen und skalierbaren Operations. Ob als 1–2-monatiges Praktikum mit der Möglichkeit auf eine anschließende Ausbildung oder als semesterbegleitende Werkstudententätigkeit – du erhältst einen praxisnahen Einblick in die Abläufe eines schnell wachsenden E-Commerce-Unternehmens und arbeitest eng mit unserem Supply Chain Management zusammen.

Deine Aufgaben

Du unterstützt uns im operativen Tagesgeschäft – mit klarem Fokus auf Supply Chain, Logistik und Operations:

  • Überwachung von Beständen und Sicherstellung der Warenverfügbarkeit
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Logistik-, Fulfillment- und Versandpartnern
  • Unterstützung bei Einkauf, Nachbestellungen und Disposition
  • Analyse relevanter Kennzahlen (z. B. Abverkauf, Bestände, Lieferzeiten)
  • Mitwirkung bei Prozessoptimierungen und der Skalierung unserer Operations
  • Pflege von Produktdaten, Bestandsinformationen und Verfügbarkeiten im Online-Shop

Zusätzlich erhältst du Einblicke in weitere Bereiche:

  • Grundlagen des Online-Marketings (z. B. SEO, Newsletter, Performance Marketing)
  • Shop- und Produktmanagement im E-Commerce
  • Kundenservice-, Retouren- und Reklamationsprozesse
  • Schnittstellenarbeit zwischen Marketing, Produkt und Operations
  • Operative Steuerung eines wachsenden D2C- und Marketplace-Geschäfts

Dein Profil

  • Für ein Praktikum: kein bestimmter Schulabschluss oder Vorerfahrung nötig – wichtiger sind uns deine Neugier, dein Engagement und deine Motivation.
  • Für eine Werkstudententätigkeit: laufendes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Logistik, Supply Chain Management, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.
  • Interesse an E-Commerce, Operations und digitalen Geschäftsmodellen
  • Spaß an Organisation, Prozessen, Zahlen und strukturiertem Arbeiten
  • Analytisches Denken sowie eine zuverlässige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrungen mit gängigen digitalen Tools (z. B. Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets) sind ein Plus
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse setzen wir voraus
  • AI-native: Du nutzt ChatGPT, Claude und Gemini bereits selbstverständlich im Alltag und setzt AI-Tools ein, um Recherche- und Content-Arbeit zu beschleunigen.
  • Du sprichst sehr gut Deutsch, da unser Arbeitsalltag hauptsächlich deutschsprachig ist.
