Deine Mission

Du übernimmst Verantwortung für den visuellen Auftritt von MoleQlar, einem schnell wachsenden Unternehmen mit knapp 30 Mitarbeitenden im boomenden Longevity-Markt. Deine Themen liegen an der Schnittstelle von Video, Foto und Content-Produktion. Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Marketing-Team zusammen und bringst dich mit Vorerfahrung eigenständig ein, wenn es um Planung, Produktion und Ausspielung visuellen Contents geht – von der Idee über den Dreh bis zum fertigen Schnitt. Dein Ziel: Unsere Bild- und Videowelt auf Website, Social Media und Amazon auf ein neues Level heben.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Video-Editing: Du schneidest Content für Website, Ads und Social Media – von Reels und Kurzvideos bis zu längeren Produktions- und Interviewformaten.
  • Content-Tage: Du planst und führst Content-Tage eigenständig mit dem Team durch – von der Konzeption über die Terminorganisation mit externen Partnern (Creators, Fotografen, Locations) bis zur Umsetzung vor Ort.
  • Produktfotografie: Du erstellst und bearbeitest Produktfotos für Website, Shop und Amazon direkt bei uns im Office-Setup – inklusive Bildaufbau, Licht-Setup und Nachbearbeitung.
  • Content-Pflege: Du pflegst fertigen Video- und Foto-Content in unsere Kanäle ein und sorgst für einen konsistenten visuellen Auftritt über alle Plattformen hinweg.
  • Kreativ-Support: Du bringst eigene Ideen für Formate, Storytelling und visuelle Trends ein und unterstützt bei der Konzeption neuer Content-Formate.
  • AI-Enablement & Prozessoptimierung: Du nutzt AI-Tools, um Schnitt-, Bearbeitungs- und Organisationsprozesse zu automatisieren und laufend effizienter zu gestalten.

Dein Profil

  • Ambition: Selbstgetrieben, hohe Eigenverantwortung. Du erkennst selbst, wo visuell der größte Hebel liegt, und packst diesen direkt an.
  • Studium: Ab dem 3. Bachelorsemester oder im Master – Studienfach offen. Entscheidend sind Interesse und Erfahrung in Video-, Foto- und Content-Produktion.
  • Erfahrung: Souveräner Umgang mit Videoschnitt (z. B. Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut) und Bildbearbeitung (z. B. Photoshop, Lightroom) – du bringst ein sicheres Auge für Bild, Licht und Storytelling mit.
  • AI-native: Du nutzt ChatGPT, Claude und Gemini bereits selbstverständlich im Alltag und setzt AI-Tools ein, um Schnitt- und Bearbeitungsprozesse zu beschleunigen.
  • Arbeitsweise: Sorgfältig, strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich – ohne Micromanagement.
  • Motivation: Du willst verstehen, wie Content-Produktion und visuelle Markenführung in einem schnell wachsenden Unternehmen aufgebaut werden.
  • Deutschkenntnisse: Sehr gutes Deutsch ist wichtig, da unser Content und unser Arbeitsalltag deutschsprachig sind.
