Du übernimmst Verantwortung für die organische Sichtbarkeit und den Content-Auftritt von MOLEQLAR - einem schnell wachsenden Unternehmen mit knapp 30 Mitarbeitenden im boomenden Longevity-Markt. Deine Themen liegen an der Schnittstelle von SEO, Content, Shop-Pflege und Amazon. Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Marketing-Team zusammen und bekommst direkten Einblick, wie organisches Wachstum in der Praxis aufgebaut wird - von der Keyword-Recherche bis zur Umsetzung im Shop und auf Amazon. Dein Ziel: Sichtbarkeit erhöhen, Content-Qualität sichern und unsere Prozesse rund um SEO und Content-Pflege laufend verbessern.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Shop-Pflege: Du pflegst und optimierst bestehende Produktseiten - von Produktänderungen über Fehlerbehebung bis zur laufenden Überarbeitung unserer B2B-Produktseiten.
  • Content & Blog: Du recherchierst Keywords, baust unsere Content-Pipeline auf, pflegst neue Blogartikel ein und überarbeitest bestehende Artikel für bessere Rankings.
  • Amazon-Betreuung: Du erstellst und pflegst Amazon-Produktbilder, setzt Produktänderungen und Updates um und kümmerst dich um die Pflege der QM-Prüfberichte.
  • SEO-Pflege: Du übernimmst Backlink-Outreach und richtest technische SEO-Maßnahmen wie 404-Weiterleitungen ein.
  • Qualitätsmanagement: Du unterstützt bei der Pflege von Prüfberichten in Shop und auf Amazon sowie bei der Kölner Liste.
  • AI-Enablement & Prozessoptimierung: Du nutzt AI-Tools, um Recherche-, Content- und Pflegeprozesse zu automatisieren und laufend effizienter zu gestalten.

Dein Profil

  • Ambition: Selbstgetrieben, hohe Eigenverantwortung. Du erkennst selbst, wo im SEO- und Content-Bereich der größte Hebel liegt, und packst diesen direkt an.
  • Studium: Ab dem 3. Bachelorsemester oder im Master - Studienfach offen. Entscheidend sind Interesse an Online Marketing, Content und digitalem Wachstum.
  • Vorerfahrung: Erste Erfahrung mit SEO, Content-Erstellung, E-Commerce oder Amazon ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss - wichtiger ist Lernbereitschaft und ein gutes Gespür für Text und Struktur.
  • AI-native: Du nutzt ChatGPT, Claude und Gemini bereits selbstverständlich im Alltag und setzt AI-Tools ein, um Recherche- und Content-Arbeit zu beschleunigen.
  • Arbeitsweise: Sorgfältig, strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich - ohne Micromanagement.
  • Motivation: Du willst verstehen, wie organisches Wachstum und Content-Strategie in einem schnell wachsenden Unternehmen aufgebaut werden.
  • Deutschkenntnisse: Sehr gutes Deutsch ist wichtig, da unser Content und unser Arbeitsalltag deutschsprachig sind.
