1.有自动驾驶、科技行业招聘/猎头实习经验，接触过 Sourcing 工作者优先； 2.熟悉某一领域（如互联网技术、自动驾驶技术、AI技术）人才特点，或有相关行业社群资源者优先； 3.学历与专业：硕士在读，专业不限； 4.具备基础的信息检索能力，能快速学习使用各类招聘工具，擅长从多渠道挖掘候选人信息； 5.细心严谨，对数据敏感，能熟练使用 Excel（如 VLOOKUP、数据筛选、报表制作）进行信息整理与统计； 6.沟通表达清晰，有耐心，能礼貌、高效地与候选人进行初步沟通，准确传； 7.有责任心，能按时完成分配的 Sourcing 与数据整理任务，不拖延、不敷衍。
