岗位职责 1、协助项目管理体系建设，相关流程制度的制定和完善； 2、根据研发项目计划及管理规范，进行研发项目沟通、协调，对研发项目进度及质量进行监督、检查； 3、参与研发项目的立项、实施、结项等过程管理，及时登记并更新研发项目进展状态，定期提供项目统计报表，汇报项目情况等，并对研发项目管理资料进行归档； 4、参与协调研发部门内各小组、以及研发部门与各部门之间的关系，主动解决工作中出现的问题； 5、参加并组织工程项目管理相关的协调会、汇报会、评审会及总结会等； 6、配合完成各类项目申报中产品研发项目相关材料的整理和撰写工作。 7、深入了解产品，负责部分产品的调研及梳理工作。

岗位要求 1、大四及以上学历，6个月及以上全职实习，有项目管理、产品管理经验者优先； 2、具有强自主性，具备优秀的逻辑思维能力、整体协调能力，具有发现问题解决问题的能力，勇于承受工作压力并面对挑战； 3、具备良好的沟通交流能力，高效的执行力，能够迅速熟悉业务，融入团队。 4、熟悉操作windows各项软件：word、ppt等 5、英语CET6及以上，有熟练读、听、写能力
