1.计算机科学、人工智能、自动化或相关领域的985/211硕士及以上学历 2.开发背景：ACM选手区域赛以上有成绩 3.算法背景：至少一篇CV、自动驾驶、强化学习、世界模型、相关顶会一作论文 4.业务背景：有自动驾驶相关经验、对数据闭环、数据价值有理解 5.个人能力：愿意做有挑战的任务、具备良好的交付意识和执行力
