1. 本科及以上学历，市场营销、广告学、传播学、新闻学等相关专业优先。 2. 对市场营销领域有浓厚兴趣，了解基本的营销理论与常见营销工具，有相关实习、校园活动策划或自媒体运营经验者加分。 3. 具备良好的文字表达能力，能独立完成简单文案撰写，熟练使用Word、Excel、PPT等办公软件，会使用PS、PR等设计剪辑工具者优先。 4. 拥有敏锐的市场洞察力和网感，善于捕捉行业热点和话题，逻辑清晰，能快速梳理整合信息。 5. 工作积极主动、认真负责，具备较强的沟通协调能力、团队协作精神和抗压能力，愿意主动学习新技能。 6. 性格开朗外向，对新鲜事物保持好奇心，能快速适应快节奏的工作氛围。
