1、计算机相关专业，本科及以上学历； 2、编程、算法、计算机基础扎实，编码规范良好，动手能力强，无障碍阅读英文技术文档； 3、扎实的 Web 技术栈基础，熟练掌握：HTML/CSS/JavaScript/ES6/TypeScript/NodeJS； 4、熟悉Node.js，有Node.js工程实践经验； 5、熟悉WebGL或相关开源库，有三维可视化开发经验； 6、熟悉 MV* 架构思想，熟悉 Flux 类单向数据流架构，并至少熟练掌握 React 和 VueJS 中的一种，偏向React； 7、熟练配置和使用 Webpack/Babel/Eslint 等前端工具，了解相关原理； 8、良好的沟通表达和团队协作能力 。
