1. 负责公司AI、大模型、算法、自动驾驶、后端开发等技术岗位校招/实习生交付全流程招聘工作，核心负责人才sourcing、简历筛选、面试流程推进等关键环节，保障各序列技术岗位招聘进度与交付质量。 2. 依托各类招聘渠道，完成技术人才的搜索、筛选、简历初筛、人才盘点及人才库维护，精准识别AI、大模型类技术人才适配度。 3. 负责候选人沟通、邀约、面试对接、流程跟进、面试反馈同步等工作，维护良好的候选人关系，提升面试及入职转化率。 4. 协助整理技术招聘数据、招聘台账，定期输出招聘数据复盘、渠道效果分析、人才画像总结等工作内容。 5. 重点协助落地校招项目、技术类实习生批量招聘交付工作，参与校招流程搭建、宣传对接、候选人跟进及入职落地全流程；同时协助完成技术岗位JD优化、渠道运营、人才市场调研，持续跟进AI、大模型行业人才趋势，助力团队招聘效率与交付能力提升。

硬性要求 1. 全日制211院校本科及以上在读学生，人力资源、工商管理、心理学、文科类、理工科类相关专业均可，2027届及以后毕业生。 2. 思维清晰、沟通表达流畅，具备良好的执行力、责任心和抗压能力，工作细致严谨，擅长数据整理与台账维护。 3. 熟练使用Office办公软件，具备基础的信息整理、数据分析能力，学习能力强，能快速理解AI、大模型、技术岗位基础业务知识。 4. 每周可全职实习4天及以上，连续实习3个月及以上，可长期实习者优先。 优先加分项（核心优先条件） 1. 有AI、大模型、互联网技术岗、算法岗相关HR招聘实习经验者优先，有科技公司、自动驾驶企业、互联网大厂技术招聘实习经历优先。 2. 了解计算机、人工智能、大模型、算法、后端开发等基础技术岗位工作内容，熟悉技术招聘流程与渠道者优先。 3. 具备优秀的信息检索、人才挖掘能力，擅长主动寻访高端技术人才，有招聘台账、数据复盘工作经验优先。 4. 性格积极主动，擅长跨部门沟通协作，对互联网、人工智能、智能驾驶行业人才招聘有浓厚兴趣。
