Nosso cliente é uma holding em expansão, com atuação nos segmentos de saúde, estética e bem-estar masculino, e busca um(a) Assistente Financeiro para apoiar as rotinas financeiras das empresas do grupo. Procuramos um profissional organizado, analítico e proativo, com atenção aos detalhes, responsabilidade com prazos e facilidade para trabalhar com números, contribuindo para a organização, o controle e a confiabilidade das informações financeiras.

Atividades:

  • Realizar lançamentos, conferências e programação de pagamentos;
  • Acompanhar contas a pagar e contas a receber;
  • Monitorar recebimentos, identificar inadimplências e realizar cobranças quando necessário;
  • Efetuar conciliações bancárias, conferindo extratos e lançamentos financeiros;
  • Atualizar e acompanhar o fluxo de caixa;
  • Organizar notas fiscais, boletos, comprovantes, contratos e demais documentos financeiros;
  • Elaborar e atualizar relatórios de contas a pagar, contas a receber, inadimplência e fluxo de caixa;
  • Manter os controles financeiros individualizados por CNPJ e unidade de negócio;
  • Realizar interface com a Contabilidade, encaminhando documentos e esclarecendo informações;
  • Acompanhar pendências financeiras e garantir a atualização dos registros;
  • Apoiar a organização e a melhoria dos processos e controles internos;
  • Disponibilizar informações financeiras para suporte à coordenação ou gerência financeira.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino superior cursando ou completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Gestão Financeira ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência em rotinas financeiras;
  • Conhecimento em Excel ou Google Planilhas;
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes e responsabilidade com prazos;
  • Boa comunicação e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe;
  • Ética, discrição e confidencialidade no tratamento de informações financeiras.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência em holdings, grupos empresariais ou empresas com múltiplos CNPJs;
  • Conhecimento em sistemas ERP e ferramentas de gestão financeira;
  • Experiência com conciliação bancária e controle de fluxo de caixa;
  • Perfil analítico, proativo e orientado à melhoria contínua.

  • Experiência em Controladoria;
  • Experiência em empresas em crescimento e expansão;
  • Experiência em franquias;
  • Experiência em holdings ou grupos empresariais;
  • Conhecimento em planejamento financeiro e forecast;
  • Conhecimento em Power BI;
