Nosso cliente, busca alguém que conheça pesquisa de mercado por dentro e queira transformar essa experiência em impacto comercial. Você vai usar seu conhecimento de coleta de dados para entender necessidades, construir cotações viáveis, conversar com clientes, acompanhar oportunidades e levá-las até uma decisão clara. Terá um papel de relacionamento, execução e ownership — para quem gosta de fazer as coisas avançarem, fortalecer clientes e transformar oportunidades em projetos reais.

Atividades:

  • Analisar RFQs e resolver a viabilidade para responder com uma solução executável.
  • Cotar com históricos, fornecedores e ferramentas para responder rápido, com detalhe e margem.
  • Preparar comunicações e materiais específicos para a proposta.
  • Fazer follow-up, explicar e negociar para levar cada oportunidade a GANHA / PERDIDA / ADIADA.
  • Reativar clientes atuais/inativos para aumentar a venda anual da carteira atendida.
  • Fechar e documentar o handoff para que Operações receba com clareza o que foi vendido.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino Médio completo;
  • Experiência com pesquisa de mercado, especialmente em processos de coleta de dados qualitativos e quantitativos, recrutamento de participantes, gestão de fornecedores e controle de qualidade;
  • Perfil comercial e senso de dono, com capacidade de gerenciar alto volume de oportunidades, acompanhar negociações de ponta a ponta e garantir os próximos passos de cada projeto;
  • Organização e autonomia para manter CRM, follow-ups e informações comerciais atualizados, sem depender de lembretes constantes;
  • Inglês avançado para conversação profissional, com segurança para apresentar projetos, explicar viabilidade, riscos e custos, negociar condições e conduzir reuniões com clientes internacionais;
  • Desejável conhecimento intermediário em Espanhol;
  • Disponibilidade para atuação remota na América Latina, incluindo profissionais residentes no México;
  • Excelente comunicação, negociação, atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de priorização;
  • Facilidade para atuar em um ambiente dinâmico, com múltiplos projetos, clientes e demandas simultâneas.
